Ben Johnston provides research, analysis and due diligence throughout the portfolio management process. Ben has over a decade of experience conducting market research and investing on behalf of individuals, families and institutions.

Ben spent most of his career evaluating both direct and fund investments across asset classes at alternative asset managers and developing investment software as a founding team member of an award-winning financial technology company.

Ben’s education includes a BBA from James Madison University, with a major in Finance and minors in Economics and Biology, a CFA charter and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Ben has been active in communities domestically with Big Brothers Big Sisters and internationally while living in Cambodia with Urban Poor Women Development, for which he received the United States President’s Volunteer Service Award. Ben lives in Lower Manhattan.
